Delavan-Darien High School Students in Mrs. Kohn's AP Calculus BC course spent time last week creating complex word problems and demonstrating them through a graphic representation. Once created, other groups in the class had to solve the problems created by each group. The graphic representations only supported students in solving the tough word problems.
DDHS students can take the following math courses (typically in this order):
1. Algebra 1A 2. Algebra 1B which are equivalent to 3. Algebra I
4. Geometry or Math for the Trades
5. Algebra II
6. Pre-Calculus or Probability & Statistics
7. Calculus or AP Statistics
8. AP Calculus AB
9. AP Calculus BC
