At the end of first semester, Mrs. Grover’s Business Concepts class completed a Food Truck project, in which the students created a business, created a model food truck, and presented their business ideas learned throughout the semester to the class. Business Concepts is a yearlong optional transcripted credit course, where students get college credit for passing the class.
