Gateway Technical College recently acknowledged Delavan-Darien High School and Delavan-Darien Technical School that we had 654 student enrollments in dual-credit courses during the 2021-22 academic year, saving our students $277,916.92 in college tuition expenses!
DDHS & DD Tech currently offer 11 transcripted credit courses through our partnership with Gateway Technical College. We continue to grow and expand those opportunities, looking to offer even more during the 23-24 academic year. Transcripted credit courses offer student the ability to earn both high school and college credit, as a high school student, without any expense to the student. Representing the District was DDHS Principal, Jim Karedes, being presented the award by Gateway Technical College President, Dr. Bryan Albrecht, and Provost Dr. John Thibodeau.
