Students in Mr. Speth's Veterinary Science course practiced filling syringes to various cc levels and giving injections to oranges. Students discovered that drawing a syringe and getting rid of air bubbles is a skill. The class used 6 cc syringes and 18 gauge by 1 inch needles for the lab experience.
