DDHS CONSUMER LAW STUDENTS RESEARCH AND PRESENT CONTROVERSIAL TOPICS

Delavan-Darien High School’s (DDHS) Consumer Law class researched and presented controversial topics of their choosing while also taking a side to stand with. Such ‘controversial’ topics included “Should College Education be Free,” “Social Media - Helpful or Hurtful,” “Is Drinking Milk Healthy for Humans,” “Is Travel Important or Frivolous,” and more!

Consumer Law is designed to provide an understanding of legal rights, privileges and responsibilities. This course is an optional transcripted credit course, where students get college credit for passing the class.

The Business Education department is committed to providing students with college and career readiness skills. For more information about the business education program at DDHS, visit here.
