Everfi

Delavan-Darien High School’s Personal Finance classes learn financial literacy standards in class, and practice their knowledge through EVERFI, an online platform.

EVERFI walks through seven financial literacy related modules including Banking Basics, Income and Employment, Budgeting, Consumer Skills, Credit and Debit, Financing Higher Education, and Insurance.

Students must get a 70% or higher in each module to become certified. The Business Education department is proud to announce that 82 students became certified in the 2020-2021 school year.

Personal Finance is a required course for graduation at DDHS, and is assigned to students’ Junior Year schedule.

The Business Education department is committed to providing students with college and career readiness skills. For more information about the business education courses offered at DDHS, visit here
