Delavan-Darien High School (9-12)

It only took one phone call for John Paczkowski to be on board with an invitation to demonstrate his portable sawmill for the Woods & Construction course at Delavan-Darien High School.  John is the Sawyer/Ownder of Core Sawmill Service out of Elkhorn, Wisconsin. John brought his portable sawmill and his vast experience to demonstrate how to re-purpose a tree into usable lumber.  John sparked the interest of many of the students and was able to answer many questions that were presented to him.  John gave back to the District by cutting up three logs into boards that will be used for future projects.
