The DDHS Wrestling Team participated in the Mid-States Wrestling Classic held at UWW on December 28 & 29. This is a long-standing tournament that has been going on for over 40 years and has some of the top talent from WI and IL participating. This year the talent consisted of 41 teams partaking in the very talented pool where Delavan-Darien tied for 24th place in the tournament.
Four of the DDHS wrestlers advanced to the semi-final round where they all placed within the top 12.- Christopher Karbash snagged fifth place at 126 pounds.
- Jacob Dutton finished in 10th place in the 145 pound weight class.
- Nathan Huff took 12th place at 152 pounds.
- Heavyweight Kaden Lofy placed 10th at 285 pounds.
