Congratulations to Rafaela Albiter, Kindergarten Dual Language Teacher at Turtle Creek Elementary, for being selected to present at the National La Cosecha Conference — one of the largest Bilingual Education Conferences in the country! Rafaela presented on “Inclusive Assessment Strategies: Using ICT to Adapt Assessment” and shared her expertise on continuous formative assessment using technology. She’s also presented at WIABE and was named the WIABE Educator of the Year in 2020! Rafaela was recently recognized by the DDSD School Board, and we couldn’t be more proud.
