READS Mentor works with a studentVOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The Turtle Creek and Darien Elementary School R.E.A.D.S. programs need your help!

R.E.A.D.S. (Reading Enrichment and Developmental Success) is a program that relies on community volunteers to assist students in their reading development. Most volunteers donate one hour a week. The hour consists of three 20 minute rotations with individual students. Schedules are arranged with volunteers so they work at a specific time on a regular basis.

If you are interested in having a positive and lasting impact in the life of a child please consider becoming a R.E.A.D.S. mentor! You may contact Carrie Cook at Turtle Creek at 262-233-6308 or Betty Banke at Darien 262-233-6411.
