Delavan-Darien Academic And Career Planning

Outcomes & Expectations

Career Based Learning Timeline, Outcomes and Expectations

At each grade level, students will practice goal setting and planning by developing and/or revising their personal academic and career plan with guidance from adult mentors (staff, counselors, family members).  This is meant to be a gradual process that builds from one year to the next and supports the unique development of each student.  Student goals and plans are expected to change annually based on their personal experiences and preferences.  The options below outline the student outcomes and expectations for ACP by grade.

Note: Career Cruising Activities are listed in all grades for the 2017-18 school year. Activities will be placed in rotation by grade starting the 18-19 school year.
