DOORS OPEN: The stadium will open at 5 p.m. for guests who wish to arrive early. Be sure to bring a visor, hat and/or sunglasses to shield the setting afternoon sun.
If graduation is indoors, seating will be limited. Each senior would receive six (6) tickets for the ceremony, with the opportunity to request additional tickets, if available. Seniors will be notified of the ceremony location at graduation rehearsal the morning of June 9.
PRACTICE: Graduation practice starts at 8 a.m. Thursday, June 9, in the Large Group Room. All graduates are expected to attend graduation rehearsal. If a senior does not attend practice, they WILL NOT go through the ceremony. If you have questions, please contact Principal Mark Schmitt.
HONORS LIST: Seniors should check the honors/high honors list posted outside Student Services on June 9 and report any errors or omissions to Mrs. Brown in Student Services as soon as possible.
SENIOR ARRIVAL: Before the ceremony, seniors must be in the Large Group Room by 6 p.m. for graduation.
DRESS CODE:
- Graduation gowns should be removed from the plastic bag prior to graduation day and hung or ironed to remove wrinkles. Be sure to use a low-temperature iron as hot irons have melted gowns in the past.

- Men should wear a white or light-colored shirt and long pants under the graduation gown. No shorts or tennis shoes.
- The outside of the graduation gown must be free of all decorations except National Honors Society pins and sashes.

PHOTOS: Empire Studio will be taking photos as graduates receive their diplomas. Watch for proofs in the mail a week or two after graduation. Guests are welcome to take photos at the ceremony from their seats.
FEES & FINES: All Fees and Fines should be paid in full by 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 8. Any student who owes the district money will not participate in the graduation ceremony. The list of seniors who have unpaid fees or fines will be updated daily and available in the main office. Seniors should check regularly for any unpaid fees.
